and 727.16 acres are wooded wetlands. A survey of
the property was done in April of 2006 by Poly Surveying
and a wetlands delineation was done by the environmental
and ecological consulting firm of Bosso, Dentzau
and Imhof, Inc. An appraisal of the property was completed
by M. D. Bell Company, Inc. in November 2005.
